Radiolab (Podcast)

I am not really a podcast kind of guy, mainly because I haven’t really put the effort to find excellent ones online. However, about a year ago, my friend introduced me to a web-radio series called Radiolab and I’ve been hooked on it ever since.

What exactly is Radiolab, you ask? It’s a radio show provided by WNYC presenting thought-provoking, often funny, science essays revolving around a single topic such as laughter, death, deception, morality, and all that in between. Some topics are physical while others delve in to the metaphysical realm.

The show is hosted by NPR Science Correspondent and Emmy-award winner, Robert Krulwich as well as Jad Abumrad. They have just finished their fifth season of the show.

I highly recommend that you at least listen to one of their podcasts. All of them are excellent so any would do. It is a great listen while strollin’ with your iPod or driving to work. So do as the dharma said and feed your head.
